Springer's Jewelers is committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not delighted with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period for a full refund or exchange on all eligible items. All returned jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by the original packaging and certification.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our client services team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original documentation and diamond certificates.

  Ship to Springer's

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
